About the role
As a GTM Field Activation Lead for Google Cloud, you will bring your experience and thought leadership to help drive goal, mission, and strategy around GTM’s EMEA activation strategy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales Enablement team to develop and execute skilling programs to enable sellers to deliver on EMEA sales plays.
- Solicit feedback from the field and from customers to improve and iterate on activation strategies in order to drive solutions and improve business performance.
- Establish a mechanism for tracking promoter engagement and agreement status as a result of business activation programs.
- Work across partners in Learning and Enablement, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Strategy and Operations to help drive towards achieving business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience with Project and Program Management.
- Experience working effectively on a product, team, or process.
- Experience in the business technology market as a program manager in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
- Experience with cross-functional engineering, sales, and marketing teams in cloud computing or related fields.
- Experience managing expectations, needs, and priorities of executive internal stakeholders based on the overall goal and program success.
